Title: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
FLSA: Hourly (non-exempt)

General Summary

1. Performs general duties within an automotive dealership’s parts warehouse.
2. This position is full-time and long-term.
3. Reports to Warehouse Supervisor.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Pulling and stocking parts
2. Staging parts for delivery and will call
3. Possible shipping and receiving of stock orders
4. General clean up (trash, sweeping floors, boxes, etc.)
5. Processing returns

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

1. Comfortable using a computer. Be able to check on stock quantities and part numbers.
2. Ability to perform light duty activities, including lifting boxes and parts on and off shelving units.
3. Fork-lift experience a plus.
4. Capable of following systematic placement of parts, maintaining organization.
5. Comfortable reading and understanding invoices.
6. Strong work ethic and reliability.
7. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.

Working Conditions

1. Working within a warehouse setting with hundreds of shelving racks and thousands of parts.
2. Some locations may utilize evaporative coolers during summer months.
3. Some duties will be performed outside the warehouse.
4. May require steel-toed shoes, company shirt or other uniform requirements.
5. Drug free work environment.

Title: DISPATCH MANAGER
FLSA: Salaried (exempt)

General Summary

1. Performing comprehensive dispatching duties needed to get the job done on a daily basis.
2. Full-time and long-term.
3. Reports to Program Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Dispatching multiple drivers through the use of dispatching software.
2. Communicate on a constant basis with drivers and customers.
3. Responsible for the collection of cash and check invoices.
4. Responsible for ensuring appropriate use of driver phones and time.
5. Key point of contact for problem solving and invoice research within dispatching software.
6. Managing the accurate completion of deliveries and operational efficiencies.
7. Possible assistance in warehouse with pulling orders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

1. Minimum requirement of 1 year dispatching experience.
2. Must be comfortable using a computer and dispatching technologies.
3. Must have a working knowledge of the local area (cities, streets, direction, etc.)
4. Must have strong problem solving skills.
5. Must be comfortable working with a variety of personalities in a fast paced environment.
6. Must have strong leadership skills.
7. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
8. Must be strong with time management and capable of tracking multiple drivers.

2. Interacting with numerous people on a daily basis.
3. Fast-paced environment requiring creative problem solving.

Title: DISPATCH ASSISTANT MANAGER
FLSA: Salaried (exempt)

General Summary

Assisting primary dispatch with data entry, order pick-up, driver communication and other duties as needed. 
This is full-time.
Reports to Dispatching Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Entering order information into dispatching software program.
2. Dispatching drivers for order pick-ups and/or part returns.
3. Performs invoice research within dispatching program as requested by the client.
4. Acts as possible fill-in for Dispatching Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

1. Must be comfortable on a computer and able to work with dispatch software.
2. Must be courteous, friendly and have strong interpersonal skills.
3. Experienced with dispatching methods and technologies a plus.
4. Must be able to multi-task and work with multiple people in an active environment.
5. Needs to be able to communicate well with a variety of personalities.
6. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
7. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
